Roland Berger is pleased to invite you to a roundtable discussion on the strategic challenges of post-merger integrations (PMI) and carve-outs.

As M&A has become a key avenue for growth for companies, operationalizing these integrations is essential to generating sustainable value creation.

During this roundtable, we will address the following themes:

1.    The importance of integrations in M&A: discover how an effective post-merger integration can turn a simple transaction into a strategic opportunity.

2.    Key considerations for carve-outs: explore the unique challenges and innovative solutions for executing carve-outs.

We will focus on two main angles: the role of corporate culture in the success of integrations, and the technological challenges encountered during these operations.

To discuss these topics, we’ll have the pleasure of welcoming Jean Noel Penon, Head of Transformation at Ayvens and Thierry Herbreteau, CEO of Peters Surgical and COO of AMS, as well as experts from other industries.

They will share their experience and insights from the PMIs and carve-outs they have been involved in. We'll conclude with a discussion session to gather your own experiences.

To confirm your participation, please complete the registration form.

We look forward to welcoming many of you on December 10th at 14-16 rue des Capucines, 75002 Paris.

Best regards,

Gérald Duarte
