Circular Economy mechanisms empower companies in their journey towards sustainability by reusing, repairing, refurbishing, or recycling materials from existing products instead of extracting new resources. It offers benefits such as enhanced resource efficiency, support for decarbonization efforts, waste reduction, and mitigation of supply chain risks, particularly in material-heavy industries like manufacturing.

In a joint Knowledge Jam, Roland Berger and PCH Innovations will feature challenges of the Linear Economy model and explore the Circular Economy concept. Furthermore, we will showcase use cases from ‘small steps’ to ‘moonshots’ and offer practical guidance on how to incorporate Circular Economy principles into your strategy.
